485 rejection options

If my 485 is rejected, what are my options ?
1. Can I revert back to H1B status from EAD by filing for H1B ?
2. During the period when I am working on EAD, will my H1B clock be stopped from accumulating towards 6 yrs limit ?

What I heard is if 485 is rejected, they don't give enough time to file H1 B. They will send you back to your country.

If you think it is going to happen. Apply H1 B now.

Wish you will not be in this situation.

don't you think if 485 is rejected then it has a negative impact on future H1B application. I donot know whether the current H1B also automatically becomes void.

can we know what was the reason for rejection. Did you ask your attorney to find out ways to try to open the case again.

Once you work on EAD your H1B will be automatically canceled. You cannot go back to your current H1B. You need to go back to your country sit there and file for a new H1B. It will be like how you did your first H1B and have it stamped on your passport.
If you do not do these steps it may generate an RFE once you apply for a GC again. If you need a new counter of 6 years then you need to be out of the country for a year at least.
