485 ref received today

Got email today from USCIS say a letter was sent out Jan 10th for addtional evidence. It was a dissappointment since I was looking forward to received the approval message :( my information as follow

EB3 concurrent ND 11/6/2003
I140 AD 5/15/04
FP1: Nov 12th
I485 LUD: Nov 22 (FP recvd, case resumed), 12/2, 12/3, 12/21&12/22 (might because change of atterney), 12/30&12/31 (change of address), 1/10 (ref)

I am now waiting for the letter of REF, what could it be :confused:

Thanks MD, think you are right. I did change employer last Sept and didn't file AC21. Hope it won't cause too much trouble and too much time..
 
Not sure about PD.. think beginning of 2002 (filing the labor certificate with CT). What is EVL? pleasae advise...thanks all for responese

best of luck..look into AC21 forum where "ginnu" has posted lot of info
 
Thanks, MD. Another quick question, will I receive a copy of REF letter as well? I am afraid that the letter will be sent to my old atterney, since my new atterney didn't file G28 until late December...
