485 RD 2004, EB3 India..Do I have any company here...

My LC was filed in SEP'03 and my 485 and 140 were jointly filed in May 04 with NSC. I am from India and EB3.

I keep reading that once priority dates become current i.e. July 01 07, it is the 485 receipt date that means everything.

Does this mean that for folks like me with a 485 RD of 2004, have a hope of seeing that elusive card in our hands..maybe in a few months?

My LC was in 2002. Filed GC in 2003. had interview on 2005 Jan
Transferred to TSC in March 07. Still no GC

My PD is Aug 03, India EB3.
Filed I485 in Jul 04.
Case transfered to TSC from VSC on Mar 15th.
No LUDs after 03/15/07. (Case is pending where it is transfered Msg online)
FP1 was completed in Apr 05 and No FP2.

No clue about Name Check or other checks!!!! Just waiting..

I-485 RD: JULY 2003

And ZERO word since I have been current. Service Request has yielded NO response, the immi. officer could not locate my file (somebody joked that it may be lost). Congressman won't help for another 90 days or so...
