HI Guys!
One of my friend has his labor cleared (PD Jan 2002 - EB3) and has got his I-140 approved and 485 filed with INS.
The question for him is that:
1. Can he file another labor through another company or the same company under PERM?
2. Can he get his 140 cleared and then move the PD Jan 2002 and file under EB2? and use the new I485 for his green card?
3. What are the intricacies/complications and procedres in doing this?
4. Has anyone done like this and been successful?
The main reason as why he wants to do, is that he wants to use his old PD for his new 485 filing and get his GC faster. Is this possible? Please let me know.
