I still don't understand what my priority date is.

Is is the date on the labor appilcation/approval?
Is it the I-140 application/approval?
Is it the I-485 application?

That can't be right

My application date on labor goes back to 2001, my I 140 application is March 2002 and I-485 is Sep 2002.

If it was the labor app, I should have got the GC by now.
