The receipt date is in Nov. 2002.
notice date is in Jan. 2003.
We were issued EAD's and finger printing was done in Feb. 03.
My 140 was denied in July 2003. We received 485 denial notice in July 2003. We filed for MTR and subsequently 140 was approved in Dec. 2003. My question is what is the status of the 485 filed concurrently? Do we need to file fresh 485?
