I got green card in Oct2004. My wife's greencard is pending with VSC, I added her name after marriage to my 485 application. I Called VSC enquriing about my wife's case in feb 2005, Then i got reply stating taht no visa numbers are available and will resume the case once visa numebrs are available. But It was updated in VSC site, mentioning that we requested more information concerning the case. But we did nto receive any letter requesting mroe information, received only letter of no visa numbers avaliable.
Now, Oct28, saturday, I received 5 emails from USCIS that EAD is approved that we applied in 2004.
Question: 485 case: Anybody is having issues like this on 485 case. I am wondering as I did not receive any infromation concerning the case, Will they deny the case? just curious to know
