485 Question - Spouse

I have an I-130 already approved for my spouse. When my citizenship comes through hopefully very soon, where do I file the 485. I live in NJ and my District office is Newark.

Do I file at Newark DO or Vermont?. Is there any difference?. From the website it says that vermont is processing 485s that are in Aug 2004 while Newark DO is processing April 2003
