485 pending

Hi:

I have been reading the posts on this site for quite some time now. Its really so miserable to see people sailing in the same boat.
My case has been pending I-485 from 17months (to be precise) now.

My ND is 04 02 02, (Sent on March 25, 2002)
FP on 5 24 02

One of my friends (Russian with all her family) got her case approved in the local office (5th JUne, 2003). Her ND 04 09 03.
She works for the same company as mine. I am literary shocked that why BCIS people are picking up cases randomly.

This site also shows some cases approved randomly.

My Wac # is 02 151 XXXXX. Has anyone seen any cases being approved within this time frame of submission.


Plz respond if yes.

am not sure - but if u mean are applications with ND apr/may '02 getting approved??? then yes...There are some with wac-191 that have been approved as well...

but u say u been reading this forum for quite some time - so am not sure the above is what u r looking for...
 
yes, I mean that cases are being approved randomly as per this site......

That's what I meant......


I want to know if anyone can predict the speeding of the CSC.....
