485 Pending Newark CIA Check.

Folks,

My 485 is pending, went for AOS interview, and got out without stamp, Waiting for CIA check, My EAD is expires last week of feb'04, do i need to file for EAD-Renewal at service center or Newark-District office? Any Idea??

You must have filled the orginal EAD also at Newark only as that is the requirement for the family cases.

Anyway yo have to file the renewal at Newark only as Vermont has nothing to do with your file/case...
