485 pending marraying to J1 Visa

I got my 140 approved and just got my FP notice , I am married to a physician who was on J visa and went back to our home country as her Visa got expied... please let me know what are the ways I can get her.

when you get your GC, you can bring her here through following-to-join benefits. Other than that, I don't know, but I am sure other people will provide some info.

does the 2 year rule not applicable in our case? she had to go to our home country as she has to satisfy the 2 year rule.

that's not what you said in your first post. You said she had to go home because her visa expired. I cannot read minds and I didn't know that she hasn't fulfilled her HRR. Youc an bring her after she fulfills it. You can apply for following to join in advance, though, as it takes some time too.
 
Her visa should state wheteher she is subject or not to the 2 year residence rule. If she is subject than you should apply for a waiver of 212 E before taking any steps.
I was on J1 but mine was stamped " not a subject to 212E"
 
since he said "a physician who was on J visa" it is safe to assume that she is subject to HRR.
