After 180 days also 140 can be revoked?, what about AC21 that doesn't support after 180 days of 48 filing and 140 approved?
one of my friend had a discussion with 2 lawyers and they told him that employer having a authority to withdraw 140 after approval and still AC21 is not clear to BCIS/INS and ur 485 might be denied after 180 days also, he is trying to use AC21.
Simply BCIS/INS do not want to give GC easily or not at all also, they are just making delays now a days
