485 PD dates? Confused!!

Gurus,

I know this issue has been discussed here b4. Again, I am confused :confused:

My 485 is filed 0n 06/2004. Mine is a Lab sub case (EB3) (PD of 04/2001).
I got my I 140 approval. FP done on 03/2005.

Questions is, What is the PD date for my 485 approval. I called USCIS Customer service today. They've told me that, They processing cases filed on or before Jan 29th 2004. So, I should wait for 06/2004 turn. Is this correct?
Please explain me about the retrogresse process for EB3 case

Retrogression...

... will only apply to you if you are from India, China and Phil, and in EB3 as of now. If not, go by normal dates

It is simple

In your case you have already crossed Priority date.

Now you have wait for your I-485 receipt date to become 06/2004 which is Jan-2004.

Priority date is date on which Labor is applied. Priority dates gives you whether you are eligible to apply/approve I-485.

Processing dates refer to particular application (I-140 , I-485, I-129 etc) received date. In your case it is I-485

PD is date on which LC was sent to DOL. In ur case its 04/2001 so its NOT affected by PD retrogression.
 
tammy2, you are right!

I am still waiting for my I-485 approval. Here are my case details.

Sub. Labor - EB3 with Priority Date - 03/2001
Concurrent I140/I485 ND - 04/2004 @ VSC
EAD/AP - Approved on 07/2004
I140 - Approved on 02/2005
FP Scheduled on 04/xx/2005

It seems, I am in the queue just before "Freedom4all".

What is your 485 msg says, Mine says , FP Received blah blah and resumed the process."

I am just curios to know....
I have completed my FP. My name check and FBI check also completed.
