485- Panding case status what this mean ?

I initiated an enquiry about my I-485 panding case.

Current status showing as :
On August 21, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.


What this mean ? Is this mean an RFE

Please respond any one seen the same message for RFE.

ND 24-MAR-02
FP1 01-JUN-02
FP2 20-DEC-03

I had called the CS 1 month ago for an Address change and during that time asked the lady what is the stautus of my case. Is this updated message due to that call or it means an RFE? If some one shed some light greatly appreciated.

Same situation here

My message got updated yesterday 08/24 with similar information. I had called CIS a few weeks ago to change my address. I did not ask for case status at that time.
