485 Online Status

Hi,
One of my friend's 485 status was changed to

"On August 20,2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.".
Is any one know, what this exactly means. It seems an approval for me. but i don't know what is the meaning for 'Registration'. He filed his GC from CSC on July,02. Please suggest us. Thanks for your help, in advance.

Use the "search" tools here. Lot's of people have had this message and it ended up meaning different things. Sometimes it means an RFE.

Sometimes it means that 2nd FP notice was remailed.
