485 - Number to Call

What number can I call to reach Vermont service center to check status on my 485 case.

My RD for 140/485 is 12/05/2003.
140 AD 01/09/2005.
FP done 9/11/2004 and last LUD on 485 is 11/15/2004.
Just anxious for 485 status check and approval.

I could not speak to a rep

I called up this number, and I could not get to speak to a rep. It asked me to punch my EAC number, and then and automated msg said that it could not retrieve my records due to temp problem, and it asked me to try later.

I know that I have been able to speak to a rep using this number. Has any thing changed...? Has any one been able to speak to a rep (say) since this monring...?

YES. My wife talked to a REP at VSC at 10:15 AM ET.
