My father recieved a notice to re-appear for fingerprinting as FBI rejected his earlier FP which was taken a couple of weeks back. Is this normal? Should I be anticipating delays in case processing
The case was transfered to CSC last week though.
It can happen, especially to elderly people, when FP are not clear due to age. Hopefully the FP will be clear this time. There should not be any additional delay except for these couple of weeks.
My father went for fingerprinting today for the second time. The person fingerprinting said that if the my fathers fingerprinting is rejected again then he will have get background check done at local police. Does anyone have gone through similar experience or know of this police background check procedure?
