It has been over 500 days since ND and I havent received approval yet. I checked by calling the number on the receipt and it says that it takes from 460-490 days.
If anyone else is in a similar situation please post.
Also, if there is an RFE will the message say so?

Yes I am here Mine also EB3 NSC PD 02/03/97 and RD is 10/13/99 ND is 10/20/99 and FP 11/28/00 and i am waiting.....I am not sure other than waiting....I saw some of the EB3\'s already approved after my RD and ND and PD...
IF any body have any suggestion please post it..
