485 Motion to Reopen Linked with New 485 Application

My 485 was denied due to abandonment. We had filed a Motion to Reopen.

Also, we filed a new 485 subsequently.

Now after 5 months, USCIS has linked the 2 applications, and said we will consider the Motion to Reopen and proceed and let you know of our decision.

Is this good or bad for me ?
