485 - Mine approved, wife's pending. Why?

Dear Experts,

I applied my 140 and 485 in Dec 2006. Also applied 485 for my child and wife because they are here in H4.

Mine and child's 485 were approved 4 months ago but wife's still pending.

Can you educate me why my wife's 485 is taking time?

My 485 was filed in in Texas Service Center. Please elaborate your thoughts/comments.
