485 message says completed what is this

My wife\'s 485 message on automated system says
that your process for Green card is completed and INS document will be mailed once prepared. What does this mean. Does it mean that it is approved ? I am then prime applicant, but my message has not yet changed , it just says that your I-485 has been recevived etc...

How come you had FP, my I-485 RD is 08/99, ND09/99, still waiting for
FP notice. EB2, China, PD 07/97.

I have question:

1. I applied for I-485 on Aug 21 .

2. Today I was looking at my I-140 approval copy , all the columns are fine at the end it says it file has send to (department of State National Visa Center ) NVC.
So basically even thought I haven’t opted for CP thay send it NVC.

3.I called my lawyer and asked about the details he says , it is not a problem don’t worry they will send it back to INS.

Is this is true , Anyone with such situation , Please do post , Do I need to call NVC to send it back my file to INS.

Please some one suggests me what to do.

We have the same message and it was changed on 7/5/00. Initial I thought it was approval but when I called IIO she said some body must have entered the wrong message. They have no idea about this message.

Our case is still pending...
