485 LUD drove me crazy

Everytime I saw a LUD, my heart start beating, faster.
There's so many LUDS recently without Action, What the heck.

VSC EB2, Labor Sub, ND 10/25/2004

LUD: 03/04, 03/07, 03/09, 03/11 (FP received), 04/01, 04/04.

6 LUDs in one month!

What's the pattern here? RFE or Approval?
 
gr8 chance of approval. New quarter has begun from april 1 so new set of visa#. good luck!!

I have ND of January 2004... You have mentioned that there are lot of appovals for EB2 category do u know anyone who is appoved....
Regarding sending a query I have seen all weird RFE sent so I am not sure
wether I should send a Query or not
If you know anyone with ND January 2004 Please let us know

LUD's No change in Message.

04/04, 04/05 Consecutive LUd's No change in message though.

FP1 and Bio metrics completed on 04/02/2005. Not sure if it reached UCIS.

Concurrent (Lab Sub EB2)
EAD1/AP1 -- Approved.
140- R/D June 10 2004 Approved Jan 4 2005.
485- R/D June 10 2004 LUD's 04/04, 04/05 No change in Message.

Calming yourself down and you need a VERY STRONG and healthy heart to go thru the whole GC journey. :cool:

got approval after 5 weeks from last LUD changes without message change.

LUD's adverse in my case , got off the phone with attorney's Sec.. it is a rfe dont know the actual content.... :confused: :confused: :confused:

Your lawyer told you? How does he know?

It seems they got letter from Vermont, and will contact me with details.
