Hi Guys,
I had a last post that my wife is going to apply for H4 Visa in 2-3 weeks. (No sooner appointment available). I am on EB2-ROW, Nov 2007 filer, and I140 approved in July-2008. I have had 2 soft LUD on Sept 16 and 17 on my 485.
My wife needs to apply for H4 before my 485 is approved.
Do you think if the following options may put a delay on my 485?
1. Change of address
2. Sending some random document, maybe sending something that I have already sent and ask them to add this to my file
Any idea will be deeply appreciates
