485 is approved and H1B extension is pending.

Hi Everyone,

Our 485 is approved in July 2007 and we have received cards. On June 1, 2007 I have applied H1B extension and still pending. What will happen to the pending H1B extension application? Do I have to withdraw H1B application or USCIS will realize that my status is permanent residence and H1B extension will be denied? Please post your experience.

-----------------------YES, H1 ext will be denied and USCIS will write the reason that you got I-485 approved
