485 got denied – please, please help me

Recently, my we came to know that we wife's I-485 was administrative close. We have put enquiries via normal customer service number.

GGV239 and ltr514, did you hear any updates from INS regarding your cases? Please provide me updates.

paguy: No updates for I-485 yet.
I-765 (work permit) was updated and RFE was sent to us. Currently we are waiting for this letter.
Strangely, no updates for MTR, however action for I-765 looks like result of MTR.

But... you never know what is happeing inside of TSC...

ntcole: My case was employment based, so we cannot submit new I-485.
Well, maybe we can, but my wife currently has no legimate reason for submitting new I-485. I do not want to risk.
 
Today my wife received Notice of Approval for I-485 (request for appointment) and response from Senator Bill Nelson with copy of the correspondence from USCIS.

No updates about I-485 case: no reopen notices, no RFE, no updates of LUD

3 weeks ago email notification was received that RFE for I-765 was sent: it was not received; I called USCIS 1 week ago asking to resend.
