my 485 got approved today, both for me and my wife.

PD - Dec 2001
EB2

File was about to assign to offcer last week as per M.Bueno.

Did u go thru name check issues...if so how long did it take and hoiw did u solve them

any other trials to get gc

how long has your name check been pending?

i have contacted both senators and they just tell me there is huge backlog in FBI and they have no control over FBI blah blah. They can only make an inquiry. Until now the name check is still pending(after 4 months since i have contacted them)

can you please give me some details how did you contact/when did you contact them?
 
1. Sent email to FBI, never got reply
2. contacted Senator Barbara Boxer office
they asked WAC # and Dt of Brith
After couple of months (around 5), Mr. Williams said name check is cleared.

Do not worry, wait but do not loose hope
