485 Form - nonimmigrant visa number

I'm looking at my 485 form. On page 2, the top section asks for info about my last entry to US. Since I was holding a H1 visa, my lawyer filled in H-1B as the status when I entered. But then for the nonimmigrant visa number and issued date of the visa, they put the F-1 visa number and issued date, which was the one when I first came to the states. Is there a problem here?

Also, the instruction of form 485 mentions I-140. Since my I-140 was approved already. Is approval notice of I-140 enough or there exists an approved I-140, which should be included in the package sent to USCIS?

Never Mind

I just contacted my lawyer. According to him, the nonimmigrant visa number and issued date should be those of your first visa to the US.
