When is spoke to INS officer on friday at around 3pm the lady said to me that the FP from the FBI should be in the mail mailroom and so it is not in the system. My question is does the fbi send the same by mail or electronically and is the system 1 and systsystem 2 theory hold good??? She checked based on my A# and is she giving me the right info???
I dont know how these people work. Can u share some info as u are well informed.

 have you checked with FBI?
 they told me that they sent it to INS electronically.
 if you have done it electronically, there is no question of any mail from FBI to INS
 so if FBI says that they have sent it to INS electronically, you should simply not worry and just wait.
 what you also can do is try one more time with INS and I am sure that the next IIO will give
 you different answer!
 i think if the IIO can check your FBI by WAC# (system #2), it means it is in their local system
 by A# means it is in National System or system # 1

also i heard someone with April 30 ND(not RD) got approval
 i wonder what his/her RD was...

Approval cut-off so far is April 30 ND (matches RD 4/10) - hope INS will move on beyond ND 4/30 for

 
 
May/June ND cases will be in the same batch

Since very few cases are with ND in May, compared with the number of June, due to the 245(i) frontlog problem.
