485 for parents, one or two applications?

I have applied 1-130 for my parents separately and both have been approved. The question is, when I apply for 485, should I file two separate applications or just one for both of them. If I file just one, I imagine one is the primary applicant and the other is the spouse. Any details are appreciated.
 
Are they in the US now? You can only file I-485 if they currently are inside US. Each beneficiary parent files a separate I-485 (and pays separate fees).
 
Thanks, they are in US. I will file separate case for each. Mom's I94 expires in a few days (2/21) though, hope it is not a problem.
 
Apply before expiration of mom's I-94. You could have applied I-485 at the same time as I-130 and it would have speeded up the process significantly. Do you have medical reports ready?
