485 filling(Urgent)

I got my labor and I-140 approved from vermont.
Curretly i reside and work in Dallas.

Where do i file my 485 TSC or VSC?
Give a choice , i would prefer VSC.

Any suggestions will be greatly sppreciated.

I doubt you have a choice

You may need to file where you reside and work. That is my understanding. You may want to check with your attorney.
