for a spouse, EB based filing 485 together, which of the the below???
PART 2:
I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile orspecial immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you animmediately available visa number, if approved.)

b my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residencein an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.

Checked by immigration officer i-485?

I have the same question and no one can seem to answer it. If you find out can you please tell me? Also I was wondering if you know which one the visa # is? I called and they told me it's on the visa page in the passport but all I see is a control # and a number in red.

By all means, answer YES, if you didn't sneak across the border illegally.
