First question at this forum but a regular visitor, thanks so many nice guys.
Both my NIW and my wife's Labour Certificate (140) were approved, and now the cutoff dates are current. My question is: can I file my 485 with my wife as dependent and my wife files her 485 with me as independent at the same time? Any suggestions, thanks in advance.
