485 filing question

this may be a stupid question but want to clearify please
My PD is 18th april 2004(eb2) and recent bulletin cut off date was 1st april 2004 for EB2. Most likely it should be current next month. Now does that mean I can apply I-485 right after the next visa bulletin( somewhere 14-15th June 2007) is released or I can only apply in the month of july as the visa bulletin is always issued for the next month. Thanks in advance.

you can apply in the Month when your PD is current. if your PD becomes current in JUNE then file after 1st June if your PD becomes current in July then file after 1 st July.
