1. Is IRSform9003 necessary for the filing of 485, my lawyer said no, but someone on the board said yes.
2. Is tax return or w2 necessary for the filing of 485, again, someone said no, some said yes, could this be the reason for RFE (The ones did not filed for a RFE later).
Is there anyone employment based i485 got approved without ever filing Form 9003 and tax returns.
