its about Employment Verification. My wifes AVM still says case pending, no RFE on her. Whats ur RFE

I havent recieved RFE yet, that was what i was asking how long it takes from VM to actually get RFE with lawyer, my VM says RFE issued on Jan31

thats pretty fast,
unfortunately, my lawyer is very pessimistic and says it will take 4 weeks to get RFE, you got it very quickly :-)))

After the labor, they have been extremely effecient to my surprise. They call me the same day when they hear anything about my app. They reply to my emails and calls promptly too. I gues a very busy lawyer him/herself is never good or bad. Its his/her assistants who make a difefrence. Thats my experience.

When you replied for Employement , did you use the same letter that was sent with Yellow form. Did you mention salary, was there any change in salary for you
