Hi guys:

one more Feb case approved!!! i have checked AVM 4 times to verify i have inputed the right case number :)

AVM changed to "You case ..." around mid Oct, and tonight it changed to "You case has been approved"

No RFE, can hardly believe this! i am just just got laid off, i am so worried about this 485 application, now, my agony is OVER, and, i am drunk now :).

What else i want to say? yes, people, hanging on, you will make it! no matter how hard it is, try your best, you can get it.

I want to thank people who mantain this web site, and my Idian coworker, who offered precious help (even though i will not use it). All of you guys are nice people in your heart.

I have lived in this country for 6+ years, now it is time for me to move on, to pursue a better life!

Be patient and work hard, you will be there!

for AOS (i guess)

well, i never asked my attorney for CP. so my guess is AOS.

BTW, my I140 got RFE and before that, my company got acquired, so i submitted my new company\'s documents, and got I140 approved for EB2. So i am really worried that INS will ask me for RFE during 485 stage.
