485 EB3 Approved

Our 485 is approved and here is the online message

"On April 7, 2006, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

But this is the only message I see. Earlier message was "application recieved bla bla".

How come card order is completed so quick?? I dont see the approval message. We did code 3 FP though.

Don't worry about the aproval message , that will come in anyway , probably with the cards !!! Just wait for the cards and prepare the big party !!!!

Congratulations on your new status.
In our case, two of the three in our family received the "This case has been approved" e-mail, and the third one received the same email as yours.
We have not received the cards yet, but I am confident that all is ok. We all had appointments for biometrics a few weeks before, so the card may have been in the works.

How it is possible to approve the 485 in the month of April for PD in Feb 2001. This PD will become current from May for India . Is your PD correct?

I am from Mexico. April became current for my PD in April. I will add this to my signature.

congrats !!! After long time I am seeing someone from EB3 ? Have you guys noticed many EB3/India approvals in last few months ?

Help Please

This I got from the website, however on the physical mail I got a letter saying that i MIGHT be called for BIOMETRICS, and not to take any action at this point, only if they need them they might send me a letter with insturctions... but as u can see on the USCIS website it says that they are seding the green card by mail...

DOes any one know about this? am i getting the card or am I gonna be asked for BIO?
 
gcaaa many congrats, I remember we used to be togethar on some forums long time ago. Good to see old timers being approved.

My understanding from the forum is that once you get the card sent email, its pretty much automatic. so kangry I would tend to beleive that is the end point. If you received that email, should have the cards in no more than a week.

When I receive the card, I promise to post al the dates in which i receive each notice. so that other people can track more or less the time frame in which it takes from start date to approval.

May 1. Aproval Notice
May 2. Card Was Ordered
May 4. Card Was Mailed
May 8. Card Came In The Mail
