I have applied I-485 underlying EB1A in Febuary 2010 and my finger Prints have been taken on March 25 2010.
Would you please tell me how long TSC will process 485 EB1A actually?
How many percentage of 485 approval underlying EB1A ?
I got a second fingerprint within1 week. Then when I came the secondtime , the ASC officer asked me that I do not need to take fingerprints again.
I am worried about this situation.
