485 & EAD RFE

I have received both 485 & EAD RFE . I have couple of questions

1. Would I receive copies of RFE? or just the lawyer?

2. It was sent on 7th April 2005. I haven’t heard any from my lawyer. How long would it take to receive RFE letter?.

Please share your thoughts.
 
Hello there,
Typically it takes between 1-2 weeks. RFE directley goes to lawyer. He/She should have received by now...call your lawyer..

LUD Changed

Its really confusing :confused: .

I haven't received the RFEs yet. But, The LUDs were changed for both 485 and EAD today. I wonder why?
