485, EAD and AP receipt notice

Hi,

Did anyone who applied on or around December 4th for 485, EAD and AP receive receipt notices from INS. I applied on December 4th for the above three and have not received any communication so far. Please reply if you have some information

I also applied for I-140/485/EAD/AP for both me and my wife in EB2 Category. The Mail was received in Vermont Mailing Room through Fedex on December 4th 2002. After that i am waiting for my checks to be cleared in bank (enclosed personal checks). They are not at yet cleared. But in some cases of my friends i heard that which were sent on December 19th in VSC received Receipts on 24th December itself. I have no idea how INS is processing the applications??

One more clarification i need when i posted the personal checks on my check the address printed was old address, but not the current address. Does it make any delay in processing my checks.

I am desperately waiting for receipts, I-140/EAD/AP Approval and FP notification.

I think the address on your check will not affect you as long as your bank will honor the check when the same is sent for clerance.
 
I am regularly using those checks for other purpose. I am confident that checks should not create any problem. I think the processing speed purely depends on the officer who is processing our application.

One of my friend who applied for I140/EAD/AP/485/FP on October 31st 2002 (EB3 Category) got receipt notice date as December 4th 2002 and on 20th December his I-140 is approved and on December 30th EAD/AP are approved and FP notification is delivered. So except 485 approval everything else is done within 2 months. Very Lucky right.
