485 Doc Check list , Affidavits Samples

My lawyer says no W2/Tax Return or Pay Stubs are required. A current employment verification letter is enough.

If you have H4 visa for your daughter (and continue having H4), then you dont need the EAD. But if her H4 is expires in future and if you are not planing to continue with that you need to file 2 things. EAD and AP.

EAD - Is to maintain your Non-Immigrant status in US
AP - Is to Re-enter after a temporary foreign return.
