485 Dependent question - Please advice

Hi Gurus,
I have filed 485 on Employment base . Are the applications going to processed individually?
If for some reason they Deny 485 for Dependents spouse who is on H4, will they deny the Primary applicant's 485 also ?

------------------NO, but if Primary I-485 is denied then spouse derivative I-485 will also be denied
