485 denied. what's next?

My 485 is denied because I did not sign the medical form. What should I do next? My lawyer is probably gonna file a MTR. What kind of additional evidence should I include? Should I just update my medical form with a new signature or redo the medical exam since USCIS has new immunization requirements starting 7/15/08? Thank you.

That is very tough from the USCIS to deny application because a mistake not related at all to the applicant. It is the responsibility of the physician to ask the applicant to sign the form in front of him and if he forgot that, the USCIS should take the action with the reluctant physician who PPOINTED BY THE USCIS not the applicant.
