485 denied - out of country - reenter on AP

When 485 gets denied for some reason when the applicant is not in US and has a valid I-131 (approved before denial), can he enter US with the approved AP. Will there be a problem at Port of Entry. I am aware EAD & AP become invalid if 485 gets denied. But, question is will the applicant have ability to enter to reopen MTR or persue other options (H1 is not available). Can someone please answer this.

you have to ask your attorney to file for MTR from the USA. When that gets approved and when the reopen the i-485 only then u can reenter using Ap. Otherwise you are stuck outside for ever. you have 33 days to file mtr

That's the reason it is not advisable to leave the country when your AOS is pending.

I got the receipt notice this morning. I heard july filers are getting receipt notices.
