Hello desiladka,

u can check the status of your I-140, i.e, if it is still valid.
That way u can be sure that the problem is not because of
I-140 revocation.

Desiladka, Good luck to you. You should get approved once they look at all your papers carefully. Between 3/14 (denial received) and 3/18 (MTR filed), what was your status? Did you continue working on EAD? I am working on EAD and all these denial posts are making me queasy. Thanks.

I like to file 290B without filing 290A for my I-485 denial on April 1, 2005.
Is it possible to file 290B without first filing 290A? Can I file on my own?
I.e. without taking help from Lawyer as my Lawyer is charging exorbitant amount? What is present filing fee? Please reply at your own convenience?

I am not sure about which ones you can file. But my filing fees for 290A was 110 $.
