I am Ram a new member of this forum.I just saw that your ND was 11/01,FP 03/03.It concides with my ND in TSC.But FP was on Feb 2003(originally scheduled on Mar'03 for Atlanta INS but I moved to CA at that time and had done in Oakland,CA).Me and my wife are in our 2nd EAD's now.I called TSC in March end and one INS officer told me that for FP's done on 03/03 we can expect GC approval in March 2004.He asked me to call INS in Nov this year for a better approximation.

Personally I hope that it will be done at least by enod of this year, but who knows. In this forum we have seen even ND 2002 filers reported as approved. I can't figure out a logic to TSC, and just hope that we all get through. Chin up and do what we can. :)
