485 "date of last arrival" for canadian

Hi,
I am filing for 485 and have a question for "date of last arrival".
I entered US 07/29/2005, got TN status and I-94; return to canada for packing, re-entered US 08/13/2005 without I-94 ( since TN is multiple entry), should date of last last arrival be 07/29 or 08/13?

Use the most recent date. That means 8/13 even though you did not get I-94. Make sure that you will not re-enter on TN once you apply for I-485. Use Advance parole or H1 to re-enter US.
