485 case updated twice on 07/15/04 & 07/16/04

Hi ,

My 485 case along with my wife 485 and childrens cases have been
updated twice.

Yesterday 0n 15th they updated with no change in the content.

yet again today i was surprised to see again our cases been updated on 16th that is today, with no change in content.

I am really worried that what is cooking in USCIS on my case
as 2 days they have opened the 485 case but didnt update the content.

This is really strange did this happen to any one in our forum..
Please help and throw some light on this situation.

I'm also in same boat. I saw my LUD changed twice, y'terday and today. Hope something good is happening ....

I 140-484 --> Feb. 18, 2003 (ND)
FP1 --> March 19, 2003
140 approved Dec. 2003
EAD1 May 4, 2003
EAD2 April 20, 2004
AP applied --> July 8, 2004 (ND)

LUD changed for dependants

In my case I485 of dependants got LUD changed on 07/07/04 and 07/08/04. While mine didn't get updated. According to ohato memo it seems my I485 is merged with I140, and I140 was approved on 07/07/04. I140 had first LUD on 07/07/04 and another one on 07/08/04.

I am expecting something before 07/23/04. Am i optimistic?
