485 Background check

Can someone please explain the security check for 485 approval apart from Finger Prints?I was being told that my security check is the only thing thats holding up my approval. what all checks do we have?I read somewhere about FBI Name check. I also read about some Inter Border Security Check (IBIS Check) and CIA Check.
Can someone please shed light on this? Thanks.
 
Are you introducing new checks?? Where did you get this kind of information? what has Border Security has to do?? What has CIA :eek: has to do with Green Card?? Are you some qiada memeber or your family belongs to spies?? Then only CIA comes into picture not before that.
