I have a complicated situation that needs your warm help. In April 2005 I filed a self-petiitoned NIW I140 (no 485 filed) in VSC, then I moved to California and plan to file another 140 concurrent with 485 in CSC. Before I finish working on it, I heard my 140 at VSC was approved very luckily.
Now my question is: can I file 485 at CSC with this VSC approved 140? Or can I just file it at VSC? Since I have been working in California for the past month, I am not sure if I am still eligible to file a 485 at VSC. I searched many old posts but still feel clueless. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
